Chapman and Cutler LLP is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join the Firm’s Banking Practice Group as Staff Attorney in the San Francisco Office.The successful candidate will have some law firm or bank experience, an interest in a transactional practice and client service aptitude. A background in finance, accounting or economics is helpful but not required.Law school classes such as Secured Transactions, Securities Regulations,Business Organizations, Banking, Tax and the UCC are also useful in this position.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials as well as superior interpersonal, analytical and writing skills.Commitment to client service is critical as is the ability to handle fast-paced transactions and juggle partner and client demands. Successful candidates will project professional presence, demonstrate flexibility in work situations, and be willing to accept constructive feedback.
