The ideal candidate will also have had responsibility for all aspects of file handling, including initial analysis, issue spotting, written discovery, deposition handling, and substantive motion practice, including written and oral arguments, etc. The firm specializes in the defense of personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction injuries, asbestos, employment law, civil rights, wrongful death, and work related injury cases. Experience in the handling of asbestos cases is a plus.
