Job Description:

Presently, we are recruiting an associate to work in our Newark, New Jersey office location. Position will support the Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice within the Litigation Department.

Job Requirements:

Candidate with at least one (1) year Bankruptcy litigation experience preferred. Associate will assist with handling assisting with residential foreclosure cases, commercial litigation/workouts and bankruptcy matters. New Jersey bar admission required, New York bar admission preferred.
