Jones Day has an immediate opening in either our New York or San Diego office for an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting small molecule pharmaceutical patent applications. Qualified candidates must have an advanced degree in chemistry (PhD preferred), be registered to practice at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and be admitted to a State Bar (New York or California preferred). Prior industry experience is desirable.
