The New York Office of Jones Day has an immediate need for an associate to join its Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a large firm restructuring/reorganization practice, preferably including representation of debtors in chapter 11 cases. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills and the desire to work as part of a team are required.
