The Chicago office of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is in search of a 3rd to 7th year

Associate to work in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. We are seeking candidates with a solid

background and prior experience in white collar defense and internal investigations as well as

complex commercial litigation such as merger and acquisition litigation, securities litigation,

corporate governance disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, consumer or

shareholder class actions and/or multi-district or multi forum litigation. Illinois bar admission is

required, as well as superior law school academics, excellent writing skills, and the ability to

produce top quality work with minimal supervision
