The Corporate & Securities Practice Group of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP is in search of an Associate with

2 to 4 year of experience in corporate law. This

associate will be resident in either the Philadelphia

or the Princeton office of the firm. We are seeking candidates with a solid background in corporate law and specific expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financing and securities matters. Additional position requirements

include superior law school academics from a top law school, excellent writing skills, and the ability to produce top quality work with minimal supervision.
