The Washington, D.C. and/or New York office of Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a mid-level associate to join its growing Energy Practice Group.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of solid and meaningful experience in the areas of equipment supply agreements, EPC contracts, engineering and construction agreements and service maintenance agreements. The candidate should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, a desire for client contact and doing deals, and an outgoing and personable personality. A strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters. New York and/or District of Columbia bar is required.
