The Boise office of Perkins Coie is seeking a mid-to-senior level associate with at least four years’ experience practicing business law. Excellent academic credentials including law review or journal experience are required. Prior experience in a national law firm preferred. Our business group counsels clients on a variety of corporate matters including emerging company issues and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, financial transactions and restructurings, and general corporate matters.
