The Palo Alto office of Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior-level associate to join its Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. Candidates must have at least one year of privacy experience, a Computer Science degree or equivalent experience, and excellent academic credentials. Candidates with experience handling complex technology transactions, licensing and commercial transactions and intellectual property matters preferred. General corporate transactions experience is also desirable as the person who fills this position will work closely with our Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group. Candidates with experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm and admitted to practice in California are preferred.
