The Chicago office of McGuireWoods seeks an associate with 3 - 4 years of general corporate experience. Qualified candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance and securities, preferably with a large or mid-sized law firm. Candidates should also possess the ability to interact with and advise business people and lead deal teams and transactions from inception through closing.
