The New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4 - 5 years of experience at an Am Law 100 law firm concentrated in the area of mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buyouts, and in working with sellers, strategic buyers and private equity sponsors. Skills should include conducting and supervising due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and ancillary transaction documents and closing transactions. Top academic credentials are required. Candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar.
