The Washington, DC office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a transactional associate to work in our Corporate and Real Estate departments. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years of investment and corporate experience, as well as real estate experience, including experience working with (i) private equity or hedge funds, either from the institutional investor side or the fund sponsor side, (ii) M&A and (iii) real estate sales/acquisitions and leasing. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
