The Washington, DC office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Financial Services & Products Associate with 3-5 years of Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act experience. Experience supporting registered open-end (mutual) funds is a must; experience supporting registered closed-end funds (including interval funds), business development companies and private funds and knowledge of broker-dealer regulation are a plus. Excellent academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are also required.
