Squire Patton Boggs is currently seeking an associate with commercial and/or real estate transactional experience to join our nationally focused real estate and finance practice in our Dallas office.
We are seeking a mid-level attorney with the following expertise:
1) Real Estate development experience
2) Licensed in Texas
3) Office Leasing (landlord or tenant)
4) Condominium/Mixed Use (Developer)
5) Purchase and Sale of RE (Buyer and Seller)
6) Experience with Tax Increment Finance and other economic development tools and basic zoning.
7) Borrower representation - including Texas opinion letters.
