The Cleveland office of Squire Patton Boggs is currently seeking an entry-level attorney to join our leading global Financial Services practice. The person hired for this position will have the opportunity to support the group and provide a full range of the highest-quality legal services to corporate borrowers as well as various regional, national and international banks. Responsibilities will include structuring, negotiating and documenting corporate loans, acquisition financing facilities, securitization and other structured finance products and private debt placements. Much of the group’s work is cross-border in nature and the candidate will interact on a regular basis with Financial Services group members throughout the U.S. and overseas. Qualified candidates must possess a J.D. and have strong academic credentials along with superior organizational, writing, and communication skills. The selected individual will need to be licensed to practice in the State of Ohio, or willing to become licensed to practice in the State of Ohio either by application to waive-in or by sitting for the next scheduled Bar Examination, upon being selected for the position.
