The Los Angeles office of McDermott Will & Emery is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years experience with strong health care and/or transactional skills. Candidate should have substantial corporate or health care experience. An understanding or experience with the Stark law, fraud and abuse laws, and state licensure laws would be a plus but not required. Candidate should have excellent analytical and writing skills, along with a strong academic background.
