Candidates should have significant trial experience and litigation skills, including taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses, oral argument of discovery and pretrial motions, and examination of witnesses at trial. Candidates should be experienced in all aspects of trial preparation. All candidates should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school as well as strong legal research and writing skills.
