Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified senior (2007-2008) associate to join our Debt Finance group. Specific experience to include representing private equity firms, corporate borrowers, hedge funds and/or financial institutions in connection with junior and senior debt financings for leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other strategic transactions across a range of industries.

Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin Procter should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Massachusetts bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
