Goodwin Procter seeks two highly qualified mid-senior level associates to join our Financial Institutions Group. Candidate should have experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently. Candidates should have some or all of the following specific transactional experience: public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, general business and securities advice, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and investment transactions
