Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate to join our Technology Companies group. Candidate should have experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently. Candidates should have 3 – 5 years of significant experience in mergers & acquisitions and other strategic transactions, including handling domestic transactions, on both the buy and sell-side, in private and public transactions. Candidates should also possess solid understanding of complex structural and corporate issues pertaining to acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, recapitalization, and tender offers.
