Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join our Business Law Department. Candidate must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently. Candidate should have experience in a range of corporate and transactional matters.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin Procter should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Massachusetts bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) preferred.
