Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified junior associate to join our Private Equity group. Candidates must have general experience working in teams on merger and acquisition transactions, leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits and equity compensation, preferably for leading private equity investor clients.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin Procter should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Massachusetts bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) preferred.
