Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified junior to mid-level (Class of 2010-2012) associate to join our Technology Companies and Life Sciences group. Candidate must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently, along with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and private and public offerings of securities. Experience working with life sciences companies preferred, but the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).
