Requirements:

Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join our Private Equity Group. Candidate must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and growth equity transactions. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin Procter should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. New York bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
