Attorney, International Trade at Bryan Cave LLP (Washington, D.C.)

The Washington, D.C. office of Bryan Cave is seeking a practitioner to join its International Trade Client Service Group. Qualified candidates must have at least five years’ experience in dealing with export controls, economic sanctions, foreign boycotts, foreign bribery and related international regulatory matters. That experience should include performing sophisticated analyses pertaining to U.S. and foreign law, conducting internal investigations, dealing with governmental investigations, developing internal compliance programs, making disclosures to the government, drafting contract provisions and managing due diligence exercises.

Superior writing, critical thinking, interpersonal, organizational and compute skills are essential. Excellent academic credentials are required. A demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients is a plus.
