The international law firm of Bryan Cave LLP is seeking an attorney with at least four years of experience to join our Technology, Entrepreneurial and Commercial Practice (TEC) in either the Boulder or Denver office. Relocation expenses will be covered and other Bryan Cave offices may be considered for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with venture financing transactions, emerging company and venture fund representation, and general corporate and M&A transactions. The candidate should have experience working with both emerging and established, rapidly growing companies.
