Description:Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our high-profile litigation practice in our Los Angeles office.


The Litigation Division boasts a diverse practice with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation, business litigation, white-collar, intellectual property, entertainment and media, advertising, labor & employment and healthcare matters, among others.


Ideal candidates will have strong litigation experience at a top law firm. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Hands on litigation experience including, taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs and preparing and arguing motions is preferred.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years solid litigation experience at a top law firm
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills
• California Bar Membership in good standing
