Cozen O'Connor seeks an associate with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience for the firm's Charlotte office. Interested candidates should have experience preparing for and attending court conferences, depositions, trial, and alternative dispute resolution, drafting and arguing motions, investigating and analyzing recovery opportunities for property damage claims, drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and demands, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

Ideal candidates will have taken and defended depositions and participated significantly in trial and alternative dispute resolution. Excellent academic credentials and strong research and writing skills are required. North Carolina bar required. South Carolina bar preferred.
