Our Denver office is currently seeking an associate who has practiced for two to four years in the area of commercial real estate, including commercial real estate finance. Experience should include documenting and negotiating commercial leases and documenting, negotiating and closing sophisticated real estate and real estate lending transactions. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and Colorado Bar required.
