Our Denver office is currently seeking an associate who has a minimum five years of experience in the area of commercial finance. Experience should include documenting, negotiating and closing sophisticated lending transactions, particularly secured loans.

The ideal candidate will also have specific experience in banking and agricultural lending. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and Colorado Bar required.
