Snell & Wilmer L.L.P., one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States is currently seeking a full time Patent Agent to join its Intellectual Property practice. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Patent preparation, filing, and prosecution experience;
• Background in aerospace, mechanical, electrical or equivalent educational and technical background;
• USPTO admission;
• Experience interfacing with inventors and drafting applications for inventions;
• Experience performing prior art/patentability searches and reviewing invention disclosures; and
• Exceptional academic credentials – BS or MS in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
