Our Phoenix office is currently seeking an associate in the products liability group who has three to four years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong practical skills including overall case management, drafting motions and briefs, experience taking depositions, and handling discovery. Experience in handling insurance coverage and bad faith litigation is a plus. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and Arizona Bar licensure required.
