Quarles & Brady LLP, an AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks a highly-qualified Senior Counsel to join its Products Liability team in the Indianapolis, Indiana office.

The ideal candidate should have at least 10+ years of sophisticated experience in all aspects of products liability defense, including scene and product inspections, drafting pleadings, discovery requests and responses, procedural and dispositive motions, interfacing with in-house subject matter experts, deposing fact and expert witnesses, preparing and presenting experts for deposition, drafting motions in limine, trial briefs, jury instructions and direct and cross examination outlines.

The Senior Counsel position is expected to be a full-time, salaried position, but the firm is open to discussing part-time arrangements, flexible work schedules, and alternative compensation structures in certain circumstances. The Senior Counsel position is a non-partnership track position. The best fit will be someone who is ready to handle transactions independently, work with the clients directly and oversee associate and paralegal support when necessary. An individual who was formerly a partner or of counsel is a plus, but is not required.

Excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational skills are a must.
