Prominent Insurance Defense/Personal Injury litigation law firm located in the Financial District in NYC is seeking attorneys with all levels of insurance defense experience admitted to the New York Bar (NJ Bar Admission a plus). Diverse case load with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, appearing in Court and virtually for Motions and Conferences; legal research; drafting Motions, Discovery Demands and Responses, Mediation Contentions and Appellate Briefs; and conducting depositions. More seasoned attorneys will be responsible for cases from inception up to and including Mediation and/or Trial. Excellent writing and communication skills a must.
