Our client, a large national law firm client, seeks an experienced Senior Discovery Attorney to join the firm’s team. The ideal candidate MUST have at least 5+years of complex e-Discovery experience working for a mid to large law firm and/or an e-Discovery provider. Interested candidates must be licensed in and reside in one of the following states and be within commutable distance to a city where the firm is located - North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, DC, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Delaware, Massachusetts, New Jersey or New York. The ideal candidate MUST have the below qualifications and experience: • Fluency with all phases of the eDiscovery process, including but not limited to, preservation, identification, collection, analysis, production, deposition preparation, and trial. • The ability to assist with designing and managing document review projects which leverage advanced technology. • Experience crafting and managing case-specific workflows and protocols for eDiscovery • Excellent communication and writing skills essential for explaining and detailing EDI laws and best practices. • Advanced Proficiency with Relativity is required. Relativity certification is a plus.
