Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly is currently seeking attorneys to fill two openings. The first is for an attorney with 1-2 years’ experience to join our Finance & Transactions group either as a partnership track associate OR as a full-time, non-partnership track staff attorney. Candidates should have experience in a variety of corporate areas including M&A, venture capital transactions, corporate governance and technology licensing. Prior experience in a large law firm or in-house corporate legal department is preferred. Candidates should specify whether they are interested in an associate or staff attorney position.

The second is a unique opportunity in our corporate/commercial practice. The ideal candidate for this full-time, non-partnership track position will have at least 3-4 years of broad commercial real estate and finance experience. Duties will include management of due diligence matters, title and survey reviews, reviewing leases and organizational documents, and preparing closing packages. Regular interaction with parties, including clients, will be expected.
