The Debt Finance Group seeks a Boston-based Associate with a minimum of two years of post-JD experience, preferably in transactional work. We represent US and global clients as borrowers, issuers and lenders in a broad variety of debt transactions. Our practice in this area also includes secured debt transactions, acquisition and leveraged financings and asset-based and venture financings. Part of the firm's Transactional Department, the Debt Finance Group is affiliated with the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Group which also handles a broad variety of bankruptcy, insolvency and other restructuring matters.
