Shipman & Goodwin is seeking an attorney with a minimum of eight years of experience to join our Intellectual Property practice. Candidates should have significant experience in managing U.S. trademark portfolios, including trademark registration, counseling, clearance and prosecution. Experience with opposition and cancellation actions before the TTAB of the USPTO is considered a plus. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to work as a member of a team. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required. Although our Connecticut offices are preferred, we are flexible about location and will consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.
