Qualified candidates should have 1+ years of legal experience (ideally experience with commercial agreements, general corporate and/or compliance matters). Healthcare experience is a plus!The primary responsibilities of the hired attorney include: contracting and vendor management; corporate governance and business development; healthcare compliance; and risk management.
