The ideal attorney candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation, including experience with supply chain agreements. Primary responsibilities include advising on legal issues related to subcontracts and supply contracts, project procurement, non-disclosure agreements, transportation agreements, warehousing agreements, and consulting agreements. The ability to work as part of a multi-office, global team is essential, along with a strong business acumen and aptitude to excel in a fast-paced organization is essential.
