Our client, an Atlanta-based and family-owned commercial construction services firm, has engaged us to identify an in-house attorney for their expanding legal team. The hire will work closely with the company’s General Counsel and be the effective number two attorney within legal. The hire will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (i.e., NDA’s, vendor, indemnity, and purchase agreements), project transactions, corporate governance, regulatory matters, compliance/risk management activities, and litigation management. A minimum of three years expertise is required for consideration. Construction experience is a plus!
