The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy and/or restructuring experience. Candidate must have a desire and aptitude for client contact, be a team player and be able to work/thrive in a fast-paced environment. Stellar academics and superior writing and research skills are required, together with a track record demonstrating an aptitude for understanding sophisticated business and finance issues. Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware bar admission required, as well as a willingness to take the Pennsylvania Bar Exam if not already admitted in Pennsylvania.
