- Small New York City practice needs a real estate transactional lawyer with 3+ years’ experience to assist with real estate transactions (representing owners/borrowers in connection with purchases, sales, financing, joint ventures and legal opinion work).

· - Prior experience at a large firm preferred but not required;

· - Full-time position preferred but firm is open to flexible/part-time arrangement;

· Salary commensurate with experience.
