Educational law firm seeks highly motivated Litigation Associate admitted in New Jersey with 3-6 years of first chair trial litigation experience, including preparation of motions, depositions and Court appearances. Contract law experience strongly preferred. Public entity law experience is a plus but not required.
Candidate should have proven experience and the ability to manage cases from their inception to conclusion and is expected to work independently. Candidate must have superior writing skills, strong research skills, attention to detail with excellent communication, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
