The New York office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Finance associate with 1-2 years' experience. Experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions and other commercial finance transactions is required. Capabilities in drafting complex lending documents and managing multiple transactions at once are also requisite. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills. Candidate must be a member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
