The New York office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening to join the Finance practice group as an entry-level junior associate. An interest in residential mortgages and other consumer assets, financing and securitization is preferred. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge and interest in secured lending and the Uniform Commercial Code are preferred. Applicants must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
