Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Chicago office is pleased to announce a ten week paid Summer Associate program in its Corporate Group. Summer Associates will work hand-in-hand with Seyfarth partners and associates on a variety of assignments from our various practice groups, including: Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities, Finance and Tax. Summer Associates will work on actual transactions and projects, and gain practical experience by attending client meetings and participating in marketing and business development activities. Individualized feedback and coaching will be provided as part of the program.

Applicants should have excellent academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. A demonstrated interest in the practice of corporate law is a plus.
