The Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw is seeking a Litigation attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience. The candidate should have experience with complex business and commercial litigation and taking and defending depositions. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have general construction experience, including drafting, negotiating and administering contracts. IP experience would also be a plus.
