Shipman & Goodwin LLP is seeking an associate to join our corporate and transactional practice. Candidates must have four to eight years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Top academic credentials and excellent written and interpersonal skills are required.  Although we would prefer a candidate to work out of our CT offices, we are flexible and will consider applicants who prefer to work remotely.
